Techon7Group operates an e-RMA system for managing repairs and service requests. To submit a device for repair, maintenance, replacement, or related services, you must be registered as a user of the e-RMA system.

Once registered in the e-RMA system, you can create your repair or service case by logging in via the provided link. We are ready to receive your request, and you will be continuously updated on the progress of your service case.
